Position: Sales Admin

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm) (Sat: 8.30am-12.00pm)

Office location: Seksyen 33, Shah Alam

Task & Responsibilities

• Prepare, and issue Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices and related sales documents.

• Monitor customer payment status, outstanding payments and credit limits, and notify the respective Sales Person and Sales Manager of overdue accounts exceeding their credit limits before processing further orders.

• Prepare and update weekly sales reports according to business channels, including MT (Modern Trade), GT (General Trade), F&B and Industry.

• Prepare monthly sales reports by product category.

• Perform filing, data entry and any other sales administrative duties as assigned by HOD.

Requirements

• Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Melayu. Ability to communicate in Mandarinwill be an added advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
