Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities

1. Compile monthly salesman incentive reports for each sales area, verify accuracy, liaise with branch managers to resolve discrepancies, and submit finalized reports to Headquarters (HQ).
2. Consolidate and update daily sales data from all assigned areas into the Daily Sales Report every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
3. Ensure all distributors submit monthly closing sales data on time and maintain accurate records.
4. Update and maintain monthly closing stock inventory records for distributors and branches.
5. Review, verify, and update weekly Sales Supervisor Reports for each sales area.
6. Monitor and update the monthly New Product Launch (NPL) tracking report.
7. Provide administrative and reporting support to the direct superior, including preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis as required.

Functional Competencies

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level preferred), including data compilation, formulas, reporting, and analysis.
2. Strong administrative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple reports accurately.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with area managers, branch managers, and distributors.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
6. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
