About the role

Join the dynamic GWE Group of Companies as a Sales Admin in our Selangor and Penang offices. This full-time role provides essential sales support, ensuring smooth operations and effective team coordination. FMCG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Track and monitor sales performance, preparing regular reports for management review.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
• Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns by handling administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or have experience in the FMCG industry; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
