  Job Description:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and related documentation.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Handle customer enquiries, provide product or order information, and ensure prompt follow-up on requests.

• Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and filing systems.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative reports as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level or Nitec in any discipline
• Around 2 years of sales admin experience
