Sales Admin

Bali Beans Coffee is looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Sales Admin to support our sales operations and ensure smooth order processing, reporting, and customer coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication and strong in data management.

Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming sales inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other channels
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
• Process and monitor customer orders from confirmation to delivery
• Maintain and update customer and sales data accurately
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
• Follow up payments and order status with customers
• Support sales team with administrative tasks

Requirements :

• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident, friendly, and professional when dealing with customers
• Strong in data processing, reporting, and basic analysis
• Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in sales admin or F&B industry is a plus
