Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other social media platforms
Prepare quotation drafts for customers
Follow up with customers
Schedule confirmed jobs
Coordinate with teams and drivers
Handle basic customer service enquiries
Maintain job records and schedules
Requirements
Good communication and writing skills (English)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone and basic computer tools
Organised and able to handle multiple conversations
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or logistics experience is a bonus (not required)
Good working attitude and willing to learn
Training will be provided.
