SALES ADMIN

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or similar role (FMCG experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of Sales Order (SO), Invoice, Delivery Order (DO), and order processing procedures.
• Familiar with the Malaysian e-Invoice system and able to process e-Invoices accurately.
• Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using AutoCount or other ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
