Sales Admin

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Acts as Customer Service Representative.
2. Answers email or telephone inquiries of clients/buyers and relays the same to the concerned departments.
3. Ensures the completeness of Buyers Folder to be submitted to the Loans Team.
4. Prepares and updates Sales Database (Buyers Masterlist, Sellers Profile, etc.)
5. Encodes the Reservation Information.
6. Assists the Sales Coordinator and the Site Manning Staff on their logistics concerns.
7. Consolidates Weekly, Monthly Sales Reports and Sales Target/Projection submitted by the Sales Coordinators.
8. Acts as custodian of Sales files/documents.
9. Assists in the turn over of units (inspection).
10. Performs other duties as may be determined by the Sales & Marketing Manager from time to time.

Required Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
2. Possesses two (2) years real estate sales experience though fresh graduate may be considered.
3. Must be computer literate. Knowledgeable on MS Office applications and Google Workspace.
4. With good communication, coordination and organization skills.
