Sales Admin

• Interaction with salesperson in taking orders, order issuance and invoice posting.
• Issue return order in system if goods return.
• Follow-up payment in cash sales account.
• Print reports for salesperson (sales report, KIV report & daily stock status report).
• Generate month end dealer statement and official receipt.
• Follow-up return of chop-signed D/O.
• Filling D/O & invoices.
• Assist with sales administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Admin Head of Department.
• Able to work independently

Job Requirements:-

• Candidates should have at least a minimum of SPM or an equivalent qualification.
• We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as those with related experience.
• Applicants must be proficient in using computers.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation is crucial.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
