Sales Admin

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Admin to provide administrative and operational support.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documentation.
• Process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Coordinate of inward and outward shipment
• Follow up with sales team on customer enquiries, order status, deliveries, and after-sales service requests.
• Maintain and update customer databases, product pricing, and sales records.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfilment.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all sales records.
• Handle general office administrative task
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, multitasking and prioritize tasks effectively
• Pleasant personality, willing to learn and hardworking
• Entry level candidates are welcomed
• 5 day work week, 9.00am - 5.30pm
