HEX is a men’s longevity skincare brand created for modern gentlemen who choose to age with character, confidence, and intention.

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support our day-to-day sales operations, manage customer inquiries and online orders, coordinate order fulfillment, and provide a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry through purchase and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Online Sales: Respond to customer inquiries across the brand’s communication and sales channels, provide product and promotion information, recommend suitable products, follow up on inquiries, and support customers through to purchase.
• Sales Administration & Order Processing: Process customer and partner orders accurately, including pricing, promotions, payment confirmation, order details, and sales documentation.
• Packing & Order Fulfillment: Prepare, pack, and check orders to ensure the correct products and quantities are ready for shipment.
• Delivery Coordination: Arrange shipments, provide tracking information, monitor delivery status, and follow up on delivery issues when required.
• After-Sales Support: Assist customers with order-related issues, returns, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Stock & Inventory Coordination: Monitor product availability, maintain accurate stock records, and update inventory movements to support order fulfillment.
• Sales Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer, sales, order, and inventory records using Excel, Google Sheets, or other internal systems.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounting, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Who We’re Looking For

• No specific degree required. We value relevant skills, experience, attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in Sales Admin, Online Sales, Customer Service, Sales Coordinator, Order Processing, or related roles is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Service-minded and sales-oriented, with the confidence to communicate with customers, recommend products, follow up on inquiries, and support customers through to purchase.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage orders, documents, stock information, and multiple tasks accurately.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Soi Phatthanakan 44, Suan Luang, Bangkok
• Working Arrangement: Office-based
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to THB 18,000 per month, depending on experience
• Benefits: Social Security, public holidays, annual leave, and other statutory leave entitlements
