But we're more than a resort. As a family-owned company, our Promise is simple: Lead with Love. This means caring deeply for our guests, associates, and communities—treating people like family, giving back generously, and creating spaces where everyone feels valued.

Through our partnership with charity: water, we're also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa.

  • Run daily reports for morning department meetings.

  • Review, reconcile and process invoices from vendors.

  • Facilitate distribution of group bills via Kalahari standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate business setting (preferably within the hotel/resort/hospitality industry)

  • Experience in banquet operations or hotel front office is helpful.

  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

  • Ability to understand sales booking systems, V1, Versa, CRM, and sales automation as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs

A Sampling of Our Benefits
