Sales Admin

About the role

Forest Cloud Beverage Company is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support the sales team at our Kota Damansara HQ.

Salary: RM2,000–RM3,500 per month

Employment type: Full-time

Work arrangement: On-site

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and other sales documents.

• Process customer orders accurately and within the required timeline.

• Update and maintain customer information, pricing and order records.

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp or email.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries and outstanding matters.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, production and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.

• Monitor stock availability and update the sales team on order status.

• Assist with payment follow-ups and communicate information to the relevant department.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales data.

• Organise and file sales documents.

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or general administration is preferred.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

• Good written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Accurate data-entry and record-keeping skills.

• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.

• Able to manage several tasks and follow up on deadlines.

• Possess a professional and customer-focused attitude.

• Able to work at Kota Damansara.
