Job Description – Sales Admin

Company: Alans Jersey Factory
Location: Kottakkal, Malappuram, Kerala

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and maintain sales records, order details, and customer information.
• Coordinate with the Design and Production teams to ensure orders are processed on time.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery updates.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets and sales reports regularly.
• Ensure all order details are correctly recorded before assigning work to the Design team.
• Monitor order status and follow up on pending orders.
• Communicate delivery dates and order updates to customers.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Freshers with the required skills can apply.
