Main Job Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure invoicing accuracy
Attend to customer requirement on invoicing, billing, reporting and etc
Perform audit of the pricing setup in invoicing system to ensure pricing accuracy as per sales quotation
Administer customer’s claim – Compensation
Furnish as hoc request report from management
Liaise with functional departments personnel & customers on customer/ government billing requirements
Liaise with customer account payable department on collection & billing
Attend to internal / external audits
Perform audit of the pricing setup in invoicing system to ensure pricing accuracy as per sales quotation
Review and verify sales debit and credit note raised by sales administration personnel
Handling daily issues related to invoicing and billing
