SALES ADMIN

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate who can communicate effectively in Mandarin to assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable products and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers to provide product information and sales support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and overall store cleanliness.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate payment handling.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Assist with stock replenishment, promotions, and daily sales operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Sales or retail experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,900.00 per month
