Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with customers, sales team, warehouse, and logistics on order fulfillment.
• Follow up on order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Support customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Prepare sales reports and perform data entry.
• Assist with payment, credit, and account-related documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM or Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

• Patient, resilient, and able to work well under pressure

• Computer literate and familiar with basic computer software

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Willing to work 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)

• Work Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Experience in building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, construction, or related industries is an added advantage
