Job Responsibilities:
Integrated WhatApp order to Vortex

Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts

Maintain and update customer records & price in Nav systems

Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze sales data

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support

Job Requirements:
Minimum 'O' Level or Diploma qualification.

Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer oriented.

Proactive with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.

Familiarity with ERP/NAV system is a plus.

Diligent and dependable with a positive attitude.

Working Hours:
Shift #1: 5.5 days’ work week (Alternate Saturday)

Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm

Alt Sat - 7am to 12pm

Shift #2: 6 days' work week (Alternate Sunday)

Mon to Fri - 1pm to 9.30pm

Alt Sun - 7am to 6pm

Our distribution network spans wholesalers, wet markets, minimarts & supermarkets, food caterings, restaurants, hotels, school and retail stalls. With a team of refreigerated trucks, we provide daily delivery of our products to customers in Singapore. Also we export our products to South-East Asia countries.

Our food supply chain spans across the world. Our products come from the countries of Vietnam, China, Thailand, Korean, Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Chile, USA, France, Holland and Norway. With the cordial support from our oversea business partners, we ensured that our customers have a constant supply of a variety of foods.
