Sales Admin

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily sales and administrative work, including petty cash, daily collection, receipts, invoices, cash sales, and sales orders.

• Assist with payment-related matters, settlements, bad debts, insurance payments, and refunds.

• Update and maintain records in the SQL system.

• Assist with monthly stock checking and ensure stock records are accurate.

• Assist with new vehicle registration in the company system.

• Assist the Sales Team with document submission.

• Assist customers with vehicle insurance and road tax renewal.

• Follow up with HQ and Account Department on invoices and payment matters.

• Maintain proper filing of sales, payment, stock, and administrative documents.

• Check office stationery and assist with ordering supplies when needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, administration, retail, or dealership operations.

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Management, or related field.

• Good understanding of sales processes and customer service.

• Familiar with SQL & MMS systems.

• Able to handle sales documentation, invoices, quotations, delivery documents, and related paperwork.

• Experience with vehicle registration and ownership documentation is an advantage.

• Able to coordinate with finance companies/banks for customer financing applications.

• Able to work as a team and collaborate smoothly with another team & supervisor

⏰Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Saturday)
