About the role

Senior Sales Admin position at RPG Rajapruek Golf. The role involves managing customer communications, coordinating golf course bookings, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via LINE, Facebook, and Instagram
• Provide information about golf courses, class schedules, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate course bookings, reschedules, and time changes
• Handle customer issues and communicate with relevant teams
• Follow up with interested customers
• Answer customer questions about products and services
• Compile and submit sales reports

About you

• Age 27–35 years
• Experience in administration, accounting, procurement, customer coordination, social media management, and sales closing (given special consideration)
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Passionate about service work, friendly demeanor, dedicated, and receptive to team feedback
