Join our growing team! We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily sales operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents, reports, and records.
• Monitor sales transactions, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, purchase documents, and other sales-related paperwork.
• Encode and update sales data, customer information, and transaction records.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments regarding sales transactions and requirements.
• Monitor pending documents and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales administration or office administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Has good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Can work independently and collaboratively with a team.
