About the role

Kim Shing Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organised Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis in Cheras, Selangor.

This role supports both our Sales and Service teams by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and service documentation, and following up with customers and internal departments.

You will work closely with Sales, Service, Purchasing, Finance and Logistics to ensure quotations, orders and service-related matters are handled accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing

• Receive and process customer enquiries from the Sales and Service teams
• Prepare and issue quotations for equipment, spare parts and service-related work
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, PO and required documents
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Purchasing and other internal departments to confirm pricing, specifications, availability and delivery details
• Support service-related quotation preparation and documentation
• Maintain and update customer records, quotation records and sales-related documents
• Assist with sales order and order processing documentation
• Compile relevant documents for invoicing and internal processing
• Liaise with customers on quotation, order and service status
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Service teams

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in sales administration, indoor sales, customer service or a similar support role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email and general computer applications
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotations and documentation
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable communicating with customers and coordinating with different departments
• Able to manage multiple enquiries and pending tasks independently
• Experience in machinery, equipment, manufacturing or industrial-related businesses is an advantage
• Experience with CRM, ERP or sales management systems is an added advantage
• Willing to learn about machinery, spare parts and service processes
