SALES ADMIN

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Respond promptly and efficiently to incoming sales enquiries via telephone, email, and prepare relevant product brochures and information for customers.

· Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales support matters, including quotations, orders, and payments.

· Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate and monitor orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

· Prepare shipping documents for overseas shipments and Delivery Orders (DO) for local deliveries, and provide customers with shipment and delivery details.

· Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

· Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate after-sales support when required.

· Customer reactivation via phone calls and emails.

· Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Others or equivalent.

·  Required Skill(s): Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel.

·  Experience in working with AutoCount software is strongly preferred.

·  Relevant industry experience is an advantage.

·  Willing to learn as training will be provided.

·  Able to work in a Fast-Paced Environment and resilient to stress.

·  Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

WORKING HOURS : (5.5 days, alternate Saturday Off)

·         Monday - Friday (08:30am – 05:30pm)

·         Saturday (08:30am – 12:30pm)
