Sales Admin Coordinator

About the role

Ferrovic Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Admin Coordinator to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our sales operations and administrative functions. The Sales and Admin Coordinator will be the backbone of our sales support system, ensuring seamless communication between customers, the sales team, and internal departments. This position is instrumental in maintaining efficiency, accuracy and professionalism across all customer-facing and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer enquiries through email and provide accurate information.
• Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders.
• Coordinate and arrange daily deliveries to support smooth order-to-delivery.
• Carry out general administrative duties and provide day-to-day operational support.

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking is an added advantages to facilitate effective communication.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
