Sales Admin / Coordinator

Highlights

• Salary: $2,200 – $3,000
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9am – 6pm
• Serve B2B clients in premium wines and spirits

Job Scope

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and sales documents in support of the sales team
• Process customer orders and work with warehouse, logistics and internal teams to deliver them smoothly, keeping customer and sales records accurate
• Handle product enquiries, pricing checks and stock availability, and follow through on quotations, orders, deliveries and event needs
• Deliver personalised service to corporate, private and VIP clients, from product recommendations and gifting to event arrangements and special requests
• Coordinate customised orders such as gift sets, engraving, personalised packaging and delivery
• Respond to clients across WhatsApp, phone and email, building lasting relationships with repeat corporate and private customers

Job Requirements

• Experience in sales administration, order processing or client service preferred
• Ideally comfortable acknowledging client orders on the company phone after office hours
