Sales Admin Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery instructions, and other sales-related documents
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, finance, and services departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and follow up with internal departments until completion
• Liaise with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Assist in tender and vendor registration documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and sales databases
• Prepare monthly sales reports and quotation reports
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer documentation
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management

Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor's in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 Years of working experience in sales administration or customer services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with AutoCount system is an advantage
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
