Key Responsibilities

Process sales and purchase administration, including data entry and order processing

Monitor inventory, perform stock reconciliation, and maintain accurate records

Handle cash transactions, card payments, and petty cash administration

Coordinate with Head Office to support smooth daily retail operations

Prepare and distribute internal memos and operational communications

Maintain proper filing and documentation

Provide administrative support to retail and store operations

Requirements

GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary:
S$1,800 per month

Fixed Meal Allowance:
S$200 per month

Overtime Pay (in accordance with the Employment Act)

Sales Commission

Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

Variable Bonus (subject to company performance)

Retail roster within
