Sales Admin Coordinator (Order Processing / ERP)

• Position: Sales Admin Coordinator (Order Processing / ERP)
• Location: Sungei Kadut
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.45am – 6.15pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus + 14–18 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry: Construction / Engineering

Main Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and update records in the ERP system.
• Prepare sales orders, work orders and related documentation.
• Coordinate order schedules with Sales and Operations teams.
• Monitor order status and follow up on timely fulfilment.
• Maintain customer records and assist with sales reports and administration.
• Support office administration and purchase of office supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers on quotations, deliveries and outstanding orders.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales coordination, sales administration or order-processing experience.
• ERP system experience will be advantageous.
• Construction, engineering or related industry experience is advantageous.
