What they need
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on product availability.
- Manage daily sales administrative task, including processing orders and invoices.
- Conduct payment follow-ups, ensuring all payments are received prior to shipment/product deliver.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Stay updated on existing and new product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all sales operations.
- Gather and report customer feedback to the superior for continuous improvement.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior as needed.
- Fresh graduate/school leavers are encourage to apply. Training will be provided.
- Candidates with ability to converse & write in Mandarin will be prioritize as most of the customers are Chinese speaking.
- Most of the correspondence will be via WhatsApp's channel.
