Sales Admin (Data Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in internal systems, including product information, serial numbers, pricing, and customer details.
• Maintain and regularly update sales records and customer databases.
• Monitor sales targets and prepare accurate monthly sales reports for management review.
• Provide administrative support for sales data management and deliver relevant analysis and insights to support the sales team.

Requirements

• Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
