SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibility:

1. To assist HOD for data collection, report preparation, coordination with other department, etc.
2. To coordinate with Sales Personnel & internal parties on goods requisition, document requisition and delivery arrangement.
3. To issue Customer Order, Delivery Order & Invoice based on customer’s PO.
4. To prepare courier consignment note for the courier of sample, goods, etc.
5. To monitor the expiration dates of customer’s MIDA & LMW License and liaise with Sales Personnel for its renewal copies.
6. To distribute monthly account statement to customers.
7. To handle call-in enquiries and distribute it to Sales Personnel.
8. To make stock adjustment (do Miscellaneous Issue) in ERP.
9. Handle petty cash for driver’s expenses.
10. Monitor and arrange Puspakom Inspection and any other lorry affairs.
11. Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
