SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE

• Using software to manage and track sales documentation, including booking forms, Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), and related property transactions.

• Coordinate closely with sales executive/agent and banker on the sales completion process. Maintain accurate records of purchasers and correspondences.

• Handle day-to-day credit control and billing to ensure money is collected in accordance with project billing schedule

• Work closely with finance department on documentation and sales reconciliation

• Report sales to statutory authority as and when required

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Professional communication in English
• Willing to work overtime and during weekend sales events
