Sales Admin Executive

Veertech Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to support our sales and business development team with day-to-day administrative and coordination duties. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team

Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales documentation

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on orders and timelines

Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and filing systems

Follow up on customer enquiries and support sales activities

Assist with tender submissions and contract documentation where required

Handle general office and ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or related role

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Good organisational and communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and good follow-through

Experience in engineering, marine, offshore, or industrial sectors is an advantage
