Sales Admin Executive

Location: Batu Caves / Damansara / Sri Hartamas, Selangor

We are looking for a Sales Admin Executive to join our team. This role focuses on handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up with leads and converting enquiries into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Respond to customers promptly and provide suitable product/service information.
• Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with existing leads and quotation enquiries.
• Convert enquiries and quotations into confirmed sales.
• Process sales orders and ensure all required sales documents are complete.
• Coordinate customer orders with the Production Team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
• Monitor sales pipeline, pending quotations and follow-up status.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Leader/Management.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Provide good customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp.
• Able to respond promptly and follow up with customers consistently.
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales, Admin or Customer Service experience is an advantage.
• Experience in the printing industry is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn about printing products, processes and services.
