Sales Admin Executive/Assistant

• Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparation of quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with salesperson, customers, transporter and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Prepare and manage local & export documentation, including customs clearance paperwork, packing lists, and shipping instructions
• Follow up on outstanding orders, shipments, and delivery documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and update internal teams and clients accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Perform other sales administration and logistic- related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level & above.
• Minimum three (3) year relevant working experience in logistic/sales admin.
• Basic knowledge in computer software.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures.
• Good command of English and/or other languages is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
