Job Description

• Receive enquiries via phone calls and emails, and response promptly

• Making quotations and Sales contracts

• Support Sales preparing meetings and seminars

• Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor client’s revenue and performance

• Receive and distribute incoming emails to the appropriate divisions

• Other tasks that may be required by superiors

• Back up sales when sales taking leave for quoting and take care client via phone

Qualifications

• College or University graduated
• English: Intermediate level or higher (All 4 skills)
• Good communication skill
• MS Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint as a must)
• Be able to work under stressful pressure
• At least 1-year experience
