Sales Admin Intern

Candidate Qualifications

• Willing to complete a full-time, onsite internship schedule.
• Currently enrolled in any college degree program and required to complete an internship or practicum for academic credit.
• Familiar with basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, responsible, and enthusiastic about gaining professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industries, companies, and online sources to discover potential clients and business opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and meeting results.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Business Development team.
• Help identify, collect, and evaluate prospective clients based on established company requirements.
• Prepare basic sales-related reports and keep lead monitoring and tracking records updated.
• Coordinate with and report directly to the Business Development Manager and Admin Support Officer.

Additional Details:

• Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
• Internship location: 1912 Mithi St. Sampaloc, Manila near LRT-2 Pureza Station.
• Daily internship allowance of ₱100.
• Exclusively available to currently enrolled college students completing a required internship or practicum for academic credit.
