Sales Admin - Karawaci

• Receive and process prospective debtors applying for financing with PT Asiatic Sejahtera Finance.
• Collect, verify, and maintain complete and accurate credit application documents.
• Prepare credit proposals based on customer applications and supporting documents.
• Process and administer credit agreements, including preparing reports for completed and ongoing credit agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and credit records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely credit processing and administration.
• Conduct collection activities for disbursed credit facilities.
• Prepare administrative and credit-related reports as required.
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and management of important credit documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• Preferably from Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in credit administration, financing, collection, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Able to manage priorities effectively and work under deadlines.
• Strong character with high integrity, responsibility, and commitment to work.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work on weekends, with a replacement day off on weekdays.
