Sales Admin - Licensing

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and cross-check deal terms and support information received from the Sales team to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and submit deal summaries to licensors for review and approval
• Liaise with sales team, licensors and relevant internal teams to clarify deal terms and follow up on outstanding information or approval requirements
• Monitor deal submission and approval status, and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of the process
• Coordinate and communicate licensors’ feedback and approval requirements to the relevant internal teams · Maintain accurate records of deal submissions, approvals and related documentation
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and other regular licensing updates
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• At least 1-2 years’ experience with licensing or content materials and/or event industry are preferred · Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Attentive to details with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
