Sales Admin Manager

“As a Sales Admin Manager, you will lead Sales Administration operations to ensure efficient order processing and customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order management, effective customer coordination, and accurate sales administration across local and export markets.”

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Sales Administration activities and ensure smooth order processing.
• Manage customer orders, order confirmation, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other related departments.
• Monitor local and export order processes, including export procedures and payment terms.
• Ensure accurate sales administration records and SAP transactions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, Quality Management System, and work instructions.
• Lead the team and drive continuous improvement in Sales Administration processes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably with experience handling both local and export sales.
• Solid experience in export procedures and related documentation.
• Good understanding and experience in managing payment terms.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing and customer administration.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
