Sales Admin Officer

● Delivery and Sales Update (Sales Report status)

● Maintain current accounts/customers.

● Field visit, online tools, referral and other events for prospect new clients opportunities

● Review and ensure agreement (NDA) are updated.

● Gather forecast and inventory of customers.

● Conduct market research for industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs

● Generates quotation and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).

● Conduct customer visit for product and company presentation

● Regular visit to customer, understanding needs and anticipate new market opportunities

● Clients Purchase Order monitoring/tracking per customers

● Provide costing while ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction

● Production output & deliveries vs PO status analysis

● Perform other duties that may assigned.

● Prepare 8105-Farm IN and 8106-Farm OUT documents, Inventory and liquidation report

● Secure permits/clearance to PEZA and other government agencies for the importation and exportation activities of the company and other related documents such as application and processing of LOA and Surety Bond.

Pay: Php16,850.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
