Sales Admin/ Officer - Process order, documentations

• Process customer orders accurately and within the required timeline.
• Work closely with the internal sales team to support daily order fulfilment activities.
• Prepare delivery documentation and invoices promptly.
• Provide and follow up on customer order confirmations.
• Maintain and organize electronic documents and departmental work instructions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Support customers on order-related enquiries and requirements.
• Participate actively in departmental discussions, meetings and activities.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members.
• Support new employees during onboarding and daily operational activities.
• Collaborate with different departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience in order processing / order management, ideally within manufacturing, electronics, industrial or B2B environment.
• Able to process customer orders accurately and provide order confirmations.
• Experience preparing delivery documents and invoices.
