SALES ADMIN SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Requirement

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, or commercial support

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is added advantage

• Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage depending on business coverage)

Job Description

• Monitor and analyse stock movements, while compiling, maintaining, and updating supplier invoices and related records
• Prepare and generate Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Credit Notes, and Invoices, as well as respond to customer enquiries
• Handle customer's feedback and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Handle documentation for stock transfer between Production and Warehouse Manage and maintain documentation related to stock transfers between the Production and Warehouse departments
• Update HQ and Outlets daily sales records through accurate data entry, follow up on payment status, and maintain up-to-date records
• Manage outlet orders and coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure timely fulfilment
• Prepare and maintain monthly records of goods disposal
• Manage weekly bank-in of cash sales and ensure proper documentation is maintained
• Provide administrative and office support to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations
