Sales Admin Specialist

1. Sales Support:

Coordinate with dealers regarding retail sales orders, vehicle availability and delivery schedules.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as ordering, delivery and logistics coordination.

Maintain and update customer and dealer information in the system.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, aftersales, logistics) to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and deliveries.

2. Order Processing:

Prepare and process sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Process and track orders from dealers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ensure all necessary documentation is completed

3. Inventory Management:

Monitor and update vehicle inventory levels.

Assist in coordinating with the stock team to ensure that sales orders are fulfilled on time.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales daily data, orders, and other sales KPI.

Prepare and generate sales reports as needed, including tracking sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
