Sales Admin Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular data entry tasks, including updating information, creating the records, and deleting obsolete ones.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
• Adhere to the company's data entry and security policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information
• Accurately encode data into the company database, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents, and check for any discrepancies or errors before entry.
• Computation of Sales Incentives of Sales Agents
• Lead the completion of Sales Kit
• Collect and review Sales Report of Sales Agents

• Be punctual at all times, especially during deliveries, meetings or appointments with Clients.
• Maintain excellent service by understanding Client needs and responding quickly when communicating.
• Provide continuous value by thinking holistically, putting yourself in the client's perspective and delivering necessary solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and accept new challenges that allow yourself to widen your knowledge and acquire new skills.
• Be confident in the way you present yourself to any stakeholders of the Company

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
