Sales Admin Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the Sales Admin transactions.
• Prepares Monthly Sales Reports, Sales Performance, Collections, and Inventory Reports.
• Reviews and checks the following documents and reports: (1.) Lot locations for interment purposes; (2.) Purchase agreement to be released.
• Attend to problems related to sales administration.
• Review and check gross and net commissions computations.
• Handles delinquent big accounts.
• Perform account downgrading and upgrading computations.
• Monitor subordinates’ compliance with job specifications.
• Evaluate, appraise, and review the performance of subordinates; recommend promotions, recognition, or disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
• With at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or in a similar function, preferably within the financing, banking, or pre-need industry.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in Pozorrubio, Pangasinan
