What they need
- Handle online and offline product ordering, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders accordingly.
- manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms, including company's website, Lazada and Shopee.
- Handle and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO), including preparing, checking and coordinating with relevant parties.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product orders, production, delivery schedules and other related matters.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability, quality and timely delivery.
- Assist in product and promotional design, including posters, online advertisements and other sales materials.
- Monitor online and offline sales performance, stock movement and product demand.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions and sales campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Follow up with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth sales and order processing.
