Job Deskripsi:
- Mengelola proses order (PO) dan administrasi penjualan
- Menangani pertanyaan serta follow-up customer melalui telepon & WhatsApp
- Memantau pengiriman dan berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait
- Menyiapkan laporan penjualan dan dokumen customer
- Mengelola invoice, faktur pajak, dan administrasi pendukung lainnya
- Menginformasikan promo dan update program penjualan kepada customer
