Job Summary

• Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.30pm
• Location: Ubi

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Product teams to ensure timely and accurate document processing.
• Prepare invoices, issue credit notes, and perform document matching for retail channel customers.
• Attend to customer enquiries regarding orders and product availability.
• Print customer invoices and scan signed copies into the system.
• Maintain proper filing systems and accurate documentation records.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
