Sales Admin / Telesales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Admin / Telesales Coordinator with the right attitude, good communication skills and willingness to learn. You do not need to be an experienced salesperson. If you are comfortable speaking with customers, responsible with your follow-ups and willing to learn, we are prepared to train you in product knowledge, customer handling, quotations, telesales and account management. This role is suitable for someone who wants to start in an indoor sales and coordination position, while gradually building the confidence and skills to grow further in the sales line.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and email
• Follow up with existing customers on their requirements and orders
• Contact potential restaurant and F&B customers by phone or WhatsApp
• Introduce products, promotions and suitable options to customers
• Prepare quotations, price lists and basic sales documents
• Arrange product samples and customer trials
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups
• Maintain customer records and sales information
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams
• Follow up on quotations, samples and potential sales opportunities

About you

• Positive, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Friendly and confident over WhatsApp and phone
• Able to follow up consistently without needing constant reminders
• Organised and able to manage several tasks at the same time
• Willing to learn about products and understand customer needs
• Interested in developing stronger sales and customer-handling skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel and basic office applications
• Able to work independently after training
